It has an advanced automation system, with over 100 machines for robotic welding, metal fabricating, metal finishing, plastic injection molding and automatic assembly, offering competitive solutions to save time, reduce costs, and ensure quality consistency. The workshops with production area of 1200,000㎡, 8 assembly lines ensure over 20 containers output capacity per day.
Our quality assurance team is dedicated to stringent quality control procedures and compliance with international quality control method by following AQL 2.5-4.0 standard to guarantee consistent product output. Our expert R&D team that consist of 18 professional engineers, who are able to develop over 100 brand new products and provide ODM solution to meet the market demand. We has applied for over 1000 national patents, over 20 invention patents, and over 200 international patents. We have great testing capacity so that Intertek certified laboratory tests can be done in-house. Our logistic team that provide great supports Everteam’s peak season shipment. 4 warehouses has large storage capacity of over 100 containers.
